SHIPPING

All orders ship within 5 business days; tracking information is automatically emailed for each order as soon as it is generated. Jewelry ships from our Los Angeles office. Printed merch ships straight from our two US-based printers to minimize waste.

US SHIPMENTS

US shipments are sent out via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your order. After shipping, parcels typically take between 1-5 business days to arrive.

If your item has shipped, but it has been over 5 business days since shipment and you have not yet received it, please check in-person at your local post office. Please note that a telephone call will only provide you with the same information seen when tracking your shipment online. An in-person visit to your local post office will allow a clerk to physically check to see if there was an error in delivery that resulted in your parcel being held there for you.

As the shipper, we accept full liability for the care of your order until it has been turned over to USPS, at which point all delivery claims and inquiries are processed through the USPS claim management system. You can file a claim with USPS on their website here if you feel your parcel is missing in transit. All claims are subject to USPS scrutiny and deliberation. USPS is liable for all packages lost in transit. All packages marked successfully delivered by USPS are not subject to refund inquiries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

After shipping, international parcels typically take between 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on your location, but can sometimes take up to three weeks to arrive.

Please note that we have no way of knowing if your country will charge customs fees upon arrival. Customs fees are determined by your country's government according to international political relationships and local economic priorities. To find out your country's custom fees process, please inquire with your local postal service.

Some countries hold some parcels at your local post office for in-person pick-up. We have no way of knowing when or why this happens, and unfortunately, they seldom update tracking information for these holds. If your parcel shipped over two weeks ago and has not yet arrived, or appears to be "stuck" in transit, or indicates it has been delivered but you do not yet have it, please visit your local post office in-person to see if your package is being held there for you. Please note that a phone call will not turn up any information regarding your shipment. An in-person visit to your local post office is the best way to locate a "missing" package. If you do not know where your local post office is, contact your country's public shipping service. Unclaimed parcels held at post offices for pick-up are returned to sender after 30 days, after which they typically take up to 2 months to return to us, so it is imperative to always first check at your local post office in-person to avoid these types of unclaimed parcel delays.

If your order was sent using USPS First Class Mail and you have visited your local post office and still cannot find your parcel, reply to your order confirmation email to let us know. While we have no control over the shipping process once it's left our office, we can keep our eyes on our incoming mail to see if your package has for some reason been returned to sender, in which case we can contact you to coordinate redelivery.
